Change in management

3rd February, 2010

To our valued stakeholders

Thank you for your continued support over the past year, and may we wish you every success in your endeavours in the year ahead.

The enclosed Annual report, though formally covering the period to March 2009, also reflects progress on projects through until the third quarter of 2009. We commend it to you, and hope that you will find inspiration in the many contributions being made on your behalf in schools and communities throughout the country.

As of the end of 2009, we have had one staff change that is not reflected in the Annual Report. Robin Coxson, our General Manager, tendered his resignation after many years of service, to pursue his own business interests. As an organisation dedicated to Entrepreneurism, we can only applaud his readiness to pursue his dream, and wish him and his family well.

Ernest Boateng has agreed to take on greater responsibility in the management of our many projects, and has accepted the position of Operations Manager. The Projects Administration component of the work now falls under Sharon Lagorie, who has accepted the position of Administration Manager. We wish them both great fulfillment and success in their new position. It is also our intention to appoint a new Project Manager in the near future to strengthen the core group whose dedicated work is the vital and visible expression of what we do.

Thank you, in conclusion, for your encouragement and support, and for helping to make a difference to the world in which our children will find a future.

Warm regards,

Dr Robin Stead,

Chief Executive Officer
