In the life cycle of any organisation there are momentous moments. These are often great AH-AHs. Sometimes they are illuminating flashes of pure genius. Sometimes they are as a result of head scratching over plans that just didn’t work out. Sometimes they are over things that we are not very proud of! For organisations to grow, we must learn from our history, however uncomfortable that may be. If we ignore the signals we are in danger of burying our heads under the sand.
