South Africa Needs Entrepreneurs!
Back in 2015’s Global Enterprise Monitor (GEM), South Africa had overall done well in entrepreneurship ventures, ranking well on a global scale. However, an analysis of the country's overall performance reveals many shortcomings and proves that South Africa is lacking in the necessary skills.
It is the vision of SAIE to equip the entrepreneurial minds of South Africa with the right kind of skills and entrepreneurship training. Our aim is to overcome all the shortcomings and provide innovative and simulation-based training.
We help people of all ages thrive and achieve solid results by creating a dynamic culture of entrepreneurship. We achieve this through the development of innovative programmes and methodologies that help individuals grow and also create amazing entrepreneurs. We empower and enlighten individuals to create an effective, dynamic, and sustainable future.

Farmers are Introduced to markets and are empowered to plan production, to meet the need of the market.
KEY LEARNING POINTS:
Level 1: What will we plan to grow?
Level 2:How much land can we cope with?
Level 3: What will everything cost?
Level 4: How do we have enough money to do everything?
Level 5: How do we cope with unexpected problems?
Level 6: Where are the best options to sell our products?
Level 7: How do we get everything to run smoothly from day to day?
About this programme
It was once necessary for learners to memorise countless facts and gures because it was not possible to carry all the books in the world or instantly access the information locked within them. But in the "wired world" of the Information Age it is possible to access such resources through devices that t in the palm of your hand!
VENTURES recognises this reality by developing educators into learning facilitators and mediators who are able to prepare young people to become life-long learners equipped to deal with the uncertainties and the opportunities of the 21st century.
The Classroom as it Should be
The ideal classroom is one in which the educator is released from administrative burdens and empowered to act as a dynamic facilitator of learning. As a facilitator, the educator:
Interacts with learners in order to educe (or bring out) and develop their natural
talents and their capacities for creative and critical thinking.
Takes the role of a mentor or guide who sends learners to various learning resources,
from which learners discover new ideas and ways of thinking by means of experiential, action learning.
